On June 25th we proudly launched our new product line: the Gutsy supplements. We would like to share our motivation behind the release of these supplements and explain how they can contribute to the health of your dog.
The purpose of dog supplements is to provide additional nutrients that may be lacking in a dog's diet, or to address specific health problems.
These supplements can take various forms, such as – often tricky – pills, powders, liquids or, as in our case, even tasty candies.
The Demand for Specific Supplements
To determine which type of supplements are in the highest demand, we conducted research into the most common health problems in dogs. Research among veterinarians shows that the following three problems occur most often in dogs visiting the vet:
- Skin problems. About 20% of dogs that visit the vet suffer from skin problems. These problems are often complicated and difficult to treat. Skin complaints such as hair loss and dry skin are common in our furry friends.
- Stomach and intestinal problems are the main reason for a visit to the vet in dogs. Symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea or constipation indicate this. These problems can have different causes, but they are always worrying for both the dog and the owner.
- Pain and stiffness are also common in dogs, similar to joint and muscle pain in humans. Decreased interest in long walks, lameness or sleep problems can indicate serious problems that need attention.
Our Solution: Gutsy Supplements

Hip & Joint Supplement Supports Joint Health: Contains ingredients such as glucosamine, collagen, chondroitin and MSM. Relieves pain and inflammation, reducing stiffness in joint problems such as osteoarthritis.
